Translation that understands your industry

We are a technical translation service based in Salta, Argentina, focused on one sector: real estate development with international participation. That focus shapes everything about how we work.

Why we exist

The gap we saw

Real estate developers in Argentina working with international parties faced a recurring challenge: the translation of their documentation was handled by general translators who lacked the specific knowledge of Argentine property law, construction practice, and regulatory frameworks that the work required. Documents came back technically correct in language but practically wrong in meaning.

Where we work from

Credenza Pro is based in Salta, in northwestern Argentina. We work with developers across the country, from Buenos Aires to Mendoza, Tucumán, and Patagonia. Our location in a city with strong cross-border commercial ties to Bolivia and Chile gives us an additional perspective on regional documentation flows.

Our focus

We do one thing: translate and adapt technical documentation for real estate projects involving international parties. We don't offer general translation services. This narrow focus allows us to maintain deep familiarity with the terminology, legal context, and document structures that matter in this sector.

The languages we work in

Our working languages are Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Spanish is the primary language of Argentine real estate practice. English is the international language of investment and finance. Portuguese connects Argentine developers to the Brazilian market, which represents a significant source of real estate investment in Argentina.

The people behind your documents

Our team combines language expertise with genuine knowledge of Argentine real estate practice.

Project Coordination

Multi-document Projects

For complex transactions involving multiple documents, our project coordinators ensure terminology consistency across all files, manage timelines, and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project.

Principles that guide our work

Accuracy over speed

We set realistic timelines because rushed translations introduce errors. When you give us the time the work requires, the result is documentation you can rely on.

Terminology consistency

We build and maintain glossaries for each client. A term defined in one document stays consistent across the entire document set, in every language.

Confidentiality first

Every engagement begins with a confidentiality agreement. We treat your documentation with the same discretion you would expect from a legal or financial advisor.

Iterative process

Translation is not a one-pass process. We build in review cycles so you can provide feedback before final delivery, and we respond to that feedback clearly and promptly.
